Directions: Dip a lip brush or cotton bud into the carousel color of your choice and apply to central point of lower lip, then draw the brush outward to the edge of your mouth. Repeat until both lips are covered evenly. For contrast or highlighting, touch a brighter color to the centre of your lower lip or blend two colors together on a separate palette to make your own individual shade.
