Directions:
After cleansing, apply the toner with a cotton ball, sweeping gently over face and neck. Allow to dry. Follow with any of our serums and/ or moisturizers. For normal skin, use twice a day (morning and night). For sensitive skin, use only at night. Can be used under makeup.
